The UEA Bangladeshi Society is a vibrant and inclusive space for students from all backgrounds to come together, connect, and celebrate culture.
We aim to build a strong community at UEA through fun socials, cultural events, food nights, and celebrations throughout the year. Alongside showcasing Bangladeshi and wider Bengali culture, we also focus on friendship, wellbeing, and creating a sense of belonging for students away from home.
You do not need to be Bangladeshi to join, everyone is welcome. Whether you’re here to explore a new culture, enjoy great food, meet new people, or simply be part of a supportive and friendly society, you’ll find a place here.
