Welcome to UEA's Orthopaedics and Rheumatology Society. Orthopaedics and Rheumatology is the surgical and medical branch relating to musculoskeletal medicine. Orthopaedics and Rheumatology are part of the combined second module taught during the first year of study on the MBBS course.
Orthosoc is dedicated to aiding students to become clinically competent in musculoskeletal medicine. We host a variety of events, from mock OSCEs to consultation skills clinics and quizzes to supplement your education. Our society is open to Y1s as well as other students who would like to improve their MSK medicine knowledge. Furthermore, we're looking to engage local educators and clinicians to create even more exciting career and training opportunities!
