This Girl Can week & International Women's Day

For International Women's Day and This Girl Can week we're hosting a self-defence class for women, non-binary and gender non-conforming individuals. A safe environment for women+ to learn sslef-defence that DOES WORK.

Real life self-defence scenarios taught by female karate (self-defence martial art) instructor with 15 years experience.
