It's never too late to pick up a new hobby or skill, so why not try judo!

Judo focuses on grappling, throwing, pins and submissions, and is highly effective in developing fitness and confidence. As a close contact sport, you'll quickly make new friends, becoming comfortable with everyone on the mat. Best of all, anyone regardless of their level of fitness or experience, can get involved.
 
Please come in comfortable clothes and bring plenty of water.

Thursdays are focused on advanced techniques, but all sessions can be catered towards multiple skill levels.
