Creative Retreat Day

Join artist Sarah Cannel in her studio in South Norfolk at the Raveningham Centre for a relaxing day of clay, drawing, hammocks, nature and more. All material are provided and make sure to wear cloths for a day in the countryside as you will be outdoors (with shelter if needed). Dress for the weather and bring a packed lunch. But first you will be able to explore and get a curator's tour of the Raveningham Sculpture Trail - more about the trail below.

Travel, retreat, materials and tour are all included.

Arrive at 10.45am

Raveningham Sculpture Trail 2022 is an established annual exhibition of contemporary artworks through 3 acres of semi-wild meadows, gardens and woodland in the grounds of Castell Farm, a Tudor farmhouse at The Raveningham Centre, on the border of Norfolk and Suffolk. This year features 63 selected artists from across the UK creating diverse site specific artworks for the trail and 3 pop-up gallery spaces. An uplifting, inspiring space for people to experience contemporary art in a rural setting. The trail is curated by Sarah Cannell and is a Creative Odyssey CIC Project – Arts projects in nature to inspire and soothe the soul.
