Keith Haring Inspired Art Club DSD

Tuesday 08 February 2022, 2pm - 4pm

Bookable Room 1

Join Do Something Different this LGBT+ History Month!

Join us in Bookable Room 1, 2pm-4pm on the 8th of February for a Keith Haring Inspired Art Project!

Keith Haring  was an American artist whose pop art emerged from the New York City Graffiti subculture of the 1980s. His animated imagery has become a widely recognized visual language. Much of his work includes sexual allusions that turned into social activism by using the images to advocate for safe sex and AIDS awareness.

Using his art for inspiration, join us in contributing to the Do Something Different Art Exhibition!

All LGBTQIA+ Students and allies are welcome!

Grab your FREE tickets from the SU website now!

*Do Something Different is the name of our programme. We believe LGBT+ History should be taught, recognised and promoted all year round*
