Venue Hire

Welcome to uea students’ union and our spaces.

Union House, our main hub, is easily accessible from Norwich city centre by car, bus, or on foot – perfect for both local and out-of-town guests. Located on the University of East Anglia’s 360-arce campus, set against a backdrop of plentiful parklands and scenic landscapes. Just a short stroll away, you’ll also find a range of on-site amenities – including bar(su).

We also operate the Adrian Flux Waterfront, our sister venue in the city centre – perfect for live music, private parties and smaller-scale celebrations.

From corporate events and private parties to live gigs and outdoor festivals, uea(su) offers a wide range of versatile venues and event spaces. Whether you’re planning your next birthday bash, office Christmas party, charity gala, or a live show at the iconic Nick Rayns LCR, our spaces can be tailored to suit your vision.

When you book with us, you’re giving back. As a registered charity, the income generated from external events supports student groups, events and activities at uea(su).

Our Spaces for Hire

Whether you’re planning an intimate event or something grander, our venues are designed to bring your vision to life. Union House offers a large event space in the Nick Rayns LCR, three vibrant bars and a selection of multi-purpose activity rooms available for private hire. Located closer into Norwich city centre, the Adrian Flux Waterfront features multi-floor event spaces, an intimate cocktail bar and a charming outside garden area.
